Institutionalized Through City Ordinance

Incubator Baguio was established through Ordinance No. 063, Series of 2023, which created the Baguio City Research and Innovation Alliance under the City Planning, Development and Sustainability Office (CPDSO).

The ordinance provides the foundation for long-term collaboration among government, academia, industry, and the community to strengthen innovation, entrepreneurship, research, and startup development in Baguio.
