As emerging technologies continue to reshape industries, there is a growing need to ensure that graduates possess the knowledge and competencies required for the future of work. Gaps between academic programs and industry demands can limit employment opportunities, innovation capacity, and regional competitiveness.
The City is seeking innovative approaches to identify skills gaps and strengthen the alignment of education and training programs with Industry 4.0. Solutions should support curriculum development, workforce planning, and lifelong learning in areas such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), Big Data, digital technologies, and other essential 21st-century skills.
