Managing a growing city requires timely, accurate, and integrated information across multiple sectors, including land use, transportation, utilities, infrastructure, and disaster risk management. However, city data is often fragmented across different systems, making it difficult for decision-makers to monitor conditions in real time, evaluate policy impacts, and coordinate government services efficiently.
The City is seeking innovative approaches to develop a 4D Digital Twin that serves as a real-time digital representation of Baguio. Solutions should integrate data from multiple agencies to support smarter governance, improve infrastructure and utility management, streamline services such as building permit processing, simulate disaster scenarios, and enable evidence-based planning for a more resilient and connected city.
