This Privacy Policy explains how Incubator Baguio, a City Government of Baguio initiative, collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information when you use the Incubator Baguio website and platform.

2. Our Commitment to Data Privacy

Incubator Baguio processes personal information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its implementing rules and regulations, and applicable issuances of the National Privacy Commission.

Before publishing information, review what you are submitting.

Do not publish confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information unless you are certain it is appropriate for public disclosure.

This is particularly important for unpublished inventions, trade secrets, confidential research, and patent-sensitive information.

7. Organization Profiles

Organization profiles may be publicly displayed to help ecosystem participants discover and connect with organizations.

If you manage an organization profile, you are responsible for ensuring that:

  • You are authorized to represent the organization.
  • Information submitted is accurate.
  • Information intended to be public is appropriate for publication.
  • Authorized users have appropriate access.

Incubator Baguio may review organization profiles before they become publicly visible.
